I was disappointed with my recent experience. the burger bun wasn't toasted enough. it disintegrated when i touched it. The structure was very poor. also, the staff weren't very attentive upon arrival. i had to seek someone out for check-in. This seemed inefficient.

The breakfast offered a wide array of choices and was very well cooked. portions were also generous. the staff were professional and helpful. They created a relaxed atmosphere. i found the overall experience to be wonderful.
The room i stayed in had some issues. the shower tap did not function properly. the toilet seat was also loose. These details impacted my experience.

I found good quality tea bags in my room. the rainfall walkin shower was also a plus. the staff were great, too. parking can be a challenge. It's best to arrive early. the hotel allows an easy walk to everywhere in town, convenient.
i stopped for lunch and ordered a ham cheese and pickle sandwich. it came as a toasted sandwich with a tomato slice. the ham and cheese were sparse, and the price was grossly overpriced at ÂŁ12.
